I have a Ryko SoftGloss IBA that has recently exhibited a new problem. I get a call once or twice a week that the unit is down. I get to the wash and the Gantry is at the back of the bay. I check all the breakers, error codes, etc and nothing seems to be wrong. I manually move the gantry back to home and everything works fine.
I suspect that customers are driving off during the dry cycle and the Ryko never times out and resets. What should happen if a customer drives off in the middle of the dry cycle? Any other ideas of what could be going wrong?
