Strange issue with Washworld Razor

so...... after all this discussion, mis-diagnosis, software update, and other parts changed, the problem was a simple mechanical issue.

I've learned, with lots of help, to look at the simplest things first.

Hi Waxman,
Looking at this old thread, what actually happened was that this issue was absolutely related to another thread on this board.
And it was not parts or software related. The solutions was a separate, direct earth to the motors. It was not getting the full earth. That's why I had intermittent problems. Running a separate earth cable fixed the problem. One could now ask why that hasn't been done in the first place? My technician said in the past they had other issues with that. A tiny bit of moisture inside the motor would have shut down the operation.

Here is the other related thread:

Hello all, I had a similar issue recently. Posting here as this thread came up when trying to figure out the provlem.

Wash would run, but at the end would not move forward to the home position and got a motor run on error. Changed a bunch of proximity (front, middle, rear) and no luck. Move a flag a bit, wasn't it. Turns out it was the witdth prox that needed adjustment, it was too far away so was not triggering along the picker fence. Once we fixed that no more issues!
