So I found a part from Sonny's that I would like to order. I try to place the order and it wants me to register first which isn't the end of the world. I register and figure I am going to wait for an email and reply to it and be in the system. Nope its not that easy. I get an email telling me that a representative will be getting a hold of me to complete the process or I can call a phone number for quicker access. Unfortunately its Sunday afternoon and no one is going to call and the number doesn't work till Monday morning at 8 AM. I wait till Monday and call. I have to give the guy all the information I provided over the internet again. Its a lot harder to tell someone the info over the phone than me just type it in so I know everything is correct. Then the guy is determined I am going to give him my credit card number over my cell phone. After going back and forth on this a few times he agrees that I can enter my credit card info when I order. OK, I think I am ready to order. Not so fast... Now I have to sit and wait for him to send me an email with log in info. What a pain. I just want to order a part. I probably now have almost an hour total in trying to order a part that should have taken my 10 minutes. What a set up.
