Unique vaccuam issue

Hope someone has a solution to this issue. I have ColemanHana vaccuam. When I was pulling out coin this morning, one of the vaccuams front cover plate would not open. I can hear key unlocked it and I can wiggle it but when I tried to pull out the cover plate, it seems stuck. Any idea?

Cover you mean vault cover?

If so you have a qtr stuck in there.

Yes, it is the vault cover. I am going check it for the quarter. Thank you!

Okay more than likely it's qtr. I've had it happen to me before when I forget to empty my vaults.

I usually take a hammer and tap on the front of the face of the vault cover while trying to remove the cover....eventually it comes loose.

Other than torching the cover for a qtr I don't know how else to get it loose.

Another option I'v ued is open the covr to the upper compartment remove coin Funnel to allow better access to slot and use a combination wrench thru slot to push from behind on vault cover. Tap with hammer if needed.
