water wizzard leaking pump stand compartments

Recently my soap compartment is leaking into my wax compartment on my pump stand on my Water Wizzard (Coleman).
These compartments are stainless steel and the welds have failed. I have had to drain them, sand the seams and seal with marine 5200 by 3m. A better solution would be Plastic tank compartment inserts. Is there anyone who has a source for plastic inserts.

Another option is to remove the entire chemical mixing tanks, mount a board and then attach injectors. You can use one of the big chemical pumps to feed the injectors if you pressure feed the pump to get the needed 200 PSI to supply the injectors. I haven't done this, but I know a guy that did this on a few sites.

Why reinvent the wheel? Just remove the tank and take it to a welding shop and have them grind the old welds off and re-weld with stainless welding wire. When you own a car wash, especially automated machinery, you often need to have parts welded. Heck, I'm dropping off a hunk of spray bar assembly at my welder's today!!!

We've gone though 4 tanks, between our two WW bays. Not impressed with Coleman's welds (on their tanks or their equipment).

Every one of my Coleman vacs have had welds fail over the years and begin to lose suction. Sometimes bad enough to scrap the whole vac when I can't gain access to repair it. I've never seen that on any other vacs.

That's the issue we ran into with the tanks. My whole family is pretty talented using a welder, but if you can't get at the welds it doesn't do you any good. I honestly can't believe how crappy some of the welds are coming out of their factory. One tank failed in less than a month (although that one we got replaced at no charge).

Knock on wood, no problems with our vacs yet. But we have done several modifications to stiffen/strengthen parts of our WW's where we felt the factory welds were not acceptable.

Had an issue., Emptied and dried tn on a rainy fay. Used Flex seal tape along the seams . Been good for couple years.

I'm sure that contributes. However their welds are some of the worst I've ever seen - I am positive that is the main contributing factor.

i just turned it into a water supply and put a dosatron down stream on both tanks (that way it doesn't matter if they cross over.)
