Hello our ww2.0 started the presoak and then stopped after a foot and asked customer to leave. Tried to move the machine manually from the panel on the machine, it was going reverse but not forward. Noticed the prox sensor that senses the beginning of the track is stayed on although it was in the beginning of the track(no metal in front of it). So open ed it and cleaned it with electrical contact cleaner and it worked. Do you recommend to use dielectric grease on the pins before connecting the prox sensor to its cable? Wouldnt that makes it worse as dielectric grease is for insulation and its not conductive. Maybe use the grease where the nut (to hook up cable to the prox sensor) is just to prevent water from getting to the pin area? Thanks
