Ordered the flojet 57 today! Got 2 manifolds as well with 2 regulators. Already have plumbing to the bays for the brush so it should be a breeze!!

How many flo jet pumps do you need? Can you get away with just one?

Could I just move the solenoids close to the boom along with a foam generator? I assume the foam generator that you pay 20$ for is just a piece of PVC with caps and threads right?

Ok so say I want to install a system like what you've got....where do I start?

Pump was not turning on and there is no foamer to my knowledge.

The system is 20+ years old and sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Lately it hasn't worked at all and I can't figure out why not. The chemical and air are mixed in the maintenance room then piped to the bays.

Do you have experience with this system? I was actually looking at getting one. And what do you mean about bad foamers?

Well got the new solenoid in today and installed it, problem solved!!! But on another note, the top 3 nozzles on my trolley blow mostly air when the presoak is turned on??? Any advice???

I would have to disagree that Dema solenoids are no good. I believe that there are so many out there that people believe they are worse because there are more out there to break. When only 30% or so of the solenoids out there are another brand of course it will seem like they are bad. Just my...

Got it figured out, using a 1/4" solenoid and I'm not getting enough flow, ordered a bigger one today wi let you know how it works out.

Yes fixed the check valve. And just found my problem, when I took the solenoid off and clamped the hose onto the spot where the solenoid was I had my pressure! All of it, so I replaced the solenoid with a spare and same problem, restricted flow???? What is going on? Solenoid label reads model...
