We've been having an intermittent issue with one of our G5's where the wash shuts down either during the 2nd presoak, or right afterwards during the HP rinse. The pump will start struggling an making noise and the machine shuts down and gives the error code "pump in error". It would happen...

Where do you put the drops of oil exactly?

It does turn easily when I do it by hand, so no issues there. I have another one on my hot water boiler and it sounds quieter for sure, but it's a different brand. This one is louder and has a certain noise that seems off to me. You can't really hear that in the video, but it isn't smooth...

My circ pump runs for a few minutes then shuts off. If I leave it, it will turn back on again after 30 minutes to an hour then run and shut off like before. Here is a video of how it sounds. Anything particular I can look for as the culprit?

I quit using mine years ago. Several would stay floppy no matter what, so I replaced 10 out of 11. Only left the last one because it was stiff all the time and would not flop no matter what, so it was the same as using a regular handle other than it was heavier.

They can work with Everwash, so makes sense that the option has to exist. I have Coinless on every device, so no need for remote activation with cryptopay, but it is nice to know it can be done. Are you able to set a certain time limit, or just turn a bay on and off?

Thanks for the link. I think that switch is used to add time to the bays? I'm looking for the button that trips when there is an issue then you push it in to reset it.

I need to replace one of the 24v reset switches on my Ginsan Pump stand. Could someone direct me to a replacement on KR if they have one? For now I just bypassed it as it was tripping multiple times per day. Thanks.

The breaker for the spot free delivery pump on my Razor keeps tripping. First it would last a couple weeks, now it's doing it throughout the day. Pump going bad, or something I can check and adjust? There is a sensitivity dial on the breaker itself What does that do? Thanks.

Thanks for all the advice. I messed with it this morning and got the flow switch to kick on when the pump was running. I ended up putting a longer paddle on the flow switch and that, combined with a partially open bypass made it work. I did try a longer paddle initially, but had not opened...

I actually tried that, but flow switch only activates if it's 100% open. I looked at my other site and it was about 1/3 open, so I tried it.

You can just chat with Cryptopay and have the name changed that way. Way easier than calling Worldpay. I did the same, changed all of mine to pre-auth-name of car wash. My auth amount is $15 though.

you have to cut the slit yourself, then you mount the bracket inside and just put a lock on it. Seems like it would work.
