That's...interesting. Like Randy said, typically the Weepmizer is used to control a normally open solenoid that feeds all the bays. We also put a normally open solenoid on each bay that gets shut off when a low pressure function is selected so as not to dilute those chemicals.

Short term it makes sense. Long term, selling memberships for a poor product sure doesn't seem like a good business model. There will be a crash. There has never been a boom that didn't precede a crash.

Not totally joking. I know a couple operators who've done it with positive results. Too many of the new tunnels popping up all over the place aren't in the business of turning out clean cars, they're in the business of selling memberships.

What about the noted easement? They can be both a short and long term pain in the butt.

Municipalities do this all the time. I can think of at least a half dozen instances locally where they have come up with some really creative explanations for their decisions. I'm pretty sure that those temperature codes are for potable water. Many washes in the US use cold water for everything because the wash water is not classified as potable.
