    Older LED7 and CryptoPay

That is too old to have the CC input and programming. I don't think it can be update but give the folks at Dixmor a call

    3 Bay Wash

$10K net on $13.9 gross? His total loaded cost of running the business was $1300 per bay FOR THE YEAR?!?!? I'm not sure how this is even remotely possible.

    Southern freeze coming

I have mixed emotions about this weather. Personally I'm getting too old to enjoy this crap like when I was a kid. Professionally, it's great for our business. I'll soon be fielding lots of calls from customers needing to purchase stuff because they froze up. If you're not from the north like...

That's because that pump is meant to be gravity fed and the water level in your storage tank is lower than the inlet to the pump.

6-Bay self serve car wash 4 vacuums Ontario, Canada

Yes. Pull in/back out is a pain. Perpendicular to road usually signifies a narrow lot which further complicates the traffic flow on site. I can think of 4 washes like that built around here during the boom of the 90s and everyone had multiple owners over the years that were convinced they got a...

6-Bay self serve car wash 4 vacuums Ontario, Canada

It looks like it. The building is perpendicular to the road, the bays are pull in/back out, and it's not eye-catching in any way. Looks like if the customer does choose to use the place, it's going to be a pain to use. I'd recommend passing.

Considering Card Only Self Serve Car Wash

We've done some sites for operators that are completely cashless, with mixed results. We've done several where they are strictly bills and credit card that, as far as I'm aware, are all happy with that decision. You really do have to know your customer base. The movement to cashless payments is...

The amount being recycle is going to vary machine to machine to achieve the 1:1 ratio. Too much focus on the amount and not the end result gets too confusing for most operators. This is all important knowledge, IMHO, for the OP.

You can accomplish the same thing without it. Just use the existing flow meters to get a 1:1 ratio. I don't even recommend it at all on a unit that small.

    Spot Free Hookup

Yes it does. There is a needle valve to adjust the amount of reject water recirculated although I doubt it's any good at this point. I seriously doubt the delivery pump is any good and if it is there's much life left in it. Salvaging a 20+ year old obsolete machine makes zero economic sense...

    Nayax to Ginsan count-down

Exactly. Anything else is a half measure. Do it right once, it's cheaper in the long run. If you can't afford to do all bays at once, do as many as you can afford and use the added revenue to do the rest as you go. Not doing count up with credit card is leaving A LOT of money on the table.

The #2 output of the GS402 should be wired to the common terminal of the rotary switch. It sounds like it's not.

    Pre-soak GinSan?

Try swapping the meterbox doors between bays to see if it's on the door. If it's not, I assume by timer above the pump you mean the GS23 Hourmaster. Those are not timers. They were just a time monitor for functions and don't control anything. You can just unplug it. If you still have the issue...

    Nayax to Ginsan count-down

Doesn't matter. You can either use the GS402 to run the bay or the Paraplate. Not both. You cannot have two timers tied together.

    Nayax to Ginsan count-down

When the timer sees enough coin inputs, it turns on and sends 24VAC hot out terminal 2 to your rotary switch.

    Nayax to Ginsan count-down

Not really sure what to tell you. We've never hooked one up to a setup that old. The GS402 is looking for a dry contact switch closure across terminals 1 and 4. If you take the wires off of 4 and short across 1 and 4 the same number of times as you have the coins to start set at and timer turns...

    Vacuum fire

Make sure you contact the manufacturer and demand full replacement warranty as that's obviously a design flaw.

    Spot Free Hookup

We don't make an all in one unit anymore. For a new 600GPD unit(which that is), delivery unit, and carbon filter full list is around $8500. A 150 gallon storage tank complete assembly is around $3K but that floats a bit because tank pricing is a moving target

Problem of the week...not getting wax from the tank to the pump

You have a syphon that is diluting the chemical. You need to put an 1/8" hole in the discharge tube from the Hydrominder. Put it halfway between the bottom of the eductor body on the Hydrominder and the top of the liquid in the wax tank.
