OR...You could wire in an isolation relay between each bay and each bay of the air logic system. The air logic system could then run from it's own separate 24v transformer. That would keep the two systems separated to where you wouldn't have to worry about bay transformer phasing...

Looking at an Air Logic System, it consists of a Flojet and a bank of chemical solenoids and a bank of air solenoids where each bay (Air and Chemical) solenoids are connected together. I see only (1) common terminal on the strip.....So they are assuming all of your bay commons are tied together...

Do you have any duplicate or open selections on your bay rotary switch?

The Trifoam system the PO had purchased (Dultimier) came with 1/4"....Performance was terrible until I replaced it all with 3/8". Doing the research, 3/8" has 8x less head pressure than 1/4"....No Brainer!

You are right Randy. Note it is black on the inside, not white like normal pvc. I think they call it DWV pipe or something like that? I don't know. The pipe in the picture is 4". Its held up well. I haven't had to change it out yet.

I used a table saw. Just cut a strip out less than the diameter so it snaps in place. Might require a little trial and error! Just don't cut out too much to start with...you want it to snap in place and hold tight. Works great!

Your assessment sounds correct. Someone bored the case too far oversize on Diameter for the Oring to do its job. There shouldn't be any more than a few thousandths or up to .005" difference in the SS sleeve Outer Diameter and the bored case diameter for the Oring to compress and seat properly...
