    Scrap the Aluminum Rails

Was revisiting this thread, as I have had an issue lately with rail jumpers. The website for this company now is: www.recycledplasticfactory.com For some reason, I can not pull up the pictures. Clark- did you use the 6" car wheel stop ($46) or the 8" truck wheel stops ($215). Big...

    LW4000 u/c eyes

Are the Laser 4000 photo eyes off the shelf, or proprietary? Got an undercarraige set that is acting up. Can I drop a treadle switch in place temporarily? Thanks in advance.

"Metered time is way off" complaint

Sparkey--Do your timers count the coins as they go in? (1IN, 2IN, 3IN, etc.) I had timers set up this way a long time ago, and quite a few folks thought when you put in that 8th quarter, it said 8 minutes (8IN) even though after 3 or 4 seconds it switched to 4 minutes and counted down. I...

    Attempted Stringing In NC

Why do we still have this stringing issue in 2012?? It is solved by three simple words: tokens, tokens, tokens! End of stringing. Move on to next pressing issue.

Thanks. But I called DanFoss direct. They had a replacement for the model I was using. I ordered from the local distributor for $211. Got it in and is working fine. FYI- it is an 132F0010. I have since found one on eBay for $149; and have ordered it for an extra.

Coleman Water Wizard 1.0 Top Boom

I took over a wash with a ww 1.0, built in '04. We have an intermittent issue getting the "top boom did not come down" error. Sometimes it will go for weeks without one, then it will happen 7 or 8 times in one week. The are no sensor errors, and we can not seem to find anything wrong. It is...

    Vending Machines

Go to vendweb.com. I have bought four refurbished machines from them for around $2300 each delivered. These look absolutely brand new, and all have the iVend sensing eyes for guaranteed delivery of product. They are like the old freestanding Fawn vendors, but upgraded with new parts. Just...

    Attempted Stringing In NC

The cheaper way to eliminate it for good---is switch to $1 high security tokens. I have 5 locations. Every unit, including my auto cashiers, dispense $1 tokens only. BTW--never been strung. Problem solved! This debate comes up all the time. Switch to tokens and be done.

    L4000 Ultrasonics

Well ain't that a bitch?? Why is PDQ still selling the blue ones then?? If the black ones are cheaper, and do not require any software upgrade, who the heck would want the blue ones at a much higher cost? (reminder, I just spent $1684 for two) Am I missing part of the equation here?

Does anyone have the exact model # of the Omron J1000 vfd that replaces the Danfoss drive? And supplier and price? As well, do you have the wiring schematic, as I understand it is different. Or, does anyone have any Danfoss drives they want to sell? Thanks in advance.
