Coinless payment app - 1 month update

What is the "Bug"? It's nice to know these things. I just had an issue last week with my Wash Select Cryptopay. Our wash had blown a fuse at the transformer so all of our three phase equipment was down as well as everything that was on that leg such as our internet. Lots of equipment seemed...

Where is the wash located geographically? If its a cold climate then the possible 'catastrophic' failures need much quicker responses during freezing temps. Just something to consider. Also, a four bay self serve really isn't much less work than an 8 bay. You still need to go there every day.

Looking for a Coinco Mag02BAB Bill Acceptor

According to Unitec we need that exact model. While MDB is supposed to be plug and play/universal, our software is so old they don’t even have anything on hand to test it. They said it’s similar to not having the correct driver for a universal usb printer. So they say?

The 40 degree one is probably the air stat. When temp falls below 40 the pump kicks on. The other one must control the flame. Where does it go to? We monitor the returning fluid temp and shoot for 65. Other people use a slab stat although 90 degrees seems WAY too high. You need to see where...

Looking for a Coinco Mag02BAB Bill Acceptor

We have two older Unitec Portals that I am looking for spare validators for. Even though the bill acceptors are MDB, not all MDB acceptors will work. According to Unitec, the software that’s in our Portals will only work with this model bill acceptor. Anyone have a Coinco Mag02BAB they are...

    High leg loss protection

You would wire it in as normally closed like a door contact. Your alarm company should be able to designate whatever zone it is as a ‘supervisory’ zone only so they simply notify you rather than dispatch any police or fire and they should be able to name the zone. Almost all of our zones are set...

    High leg loss protection

Add a 3 phase monitoring relay and tie it into something that notifies you like your auto or alarm system. Even if you piggy back on to something that gets your attention. We have lots of things tied together like low air pressure, low water pressure etc.

That by-pass shouldn't be closed 100%. Open it about a third to half-way open and you'll probably be good.

    Need help on a fitting

Hard to tell because I'm not familiar with Futura, but it's definitely a swivel made by SuperSwivel. If it's 1/2" then it looks like this one: https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-1715-super-swivels-double-bearing-swivels-1-2mxf-inline.aspx

    CryptoPay Chargebacks (Capital One)

Thats a good question. I logged into my Cryptopay portal to check for that site but it's not listed anywhere. I guess I would have to call them to find out. Regardless, all four of our wash packages are priced in even dollars, there should never be a dispute for X dollars and change.

    CryptoPay Chargebacks (Capital One)

I have seen some weird stuff like that. Our automatic pricing is $10, $12, $14 and $19. Sometimes I’ll get a dispute for something goofy like $9.75? I’ve never followed up or investigated it though.

Need help sizing a circulator pump for Tankless Heater/Storage Tank setup.

I actually bought a HTP for another one of our locations about two years ago. It’s a very nice setup however, the prices for them have gone through the roof. Not to mention, about two months ago I had to buy another blower for the unit which was not cheap. I was pretty disappointed that I...

Need help sizing a circulator pump for Tankless Heater/Storage Tank setup.

2biz with your pumps in series, if you needed to isolate one of your heaters for whatever reason would that be too much psi or flow for the remaining heater? Do the Takagi’s have an internal flow restrictor for when their output btu’s are ramped up? I’m assuming that’s why the decreased output...

Need help sizing a circulator pump for Tankless Heater/Storage Tank setup.

I have a 600k+ BTU Raypack that needs to be retired thats paired with 115 Gal storage tank at one of our washes. The Raypack has had control/Ignition issues and has now sprung a leak and isn't worth putting any time or money into. I want to replace it with two Takagi T-H3-DV-N tankless units...

    Petit 360i wheel applicators.

APW how have the AO Smith water heaters worked out so far? Any issues? Would you mind shooting a picture of the tank set up? You said you twinned them together and I'm curious exactly what the plumbing looks like. I have another application I'd like to use these for and am having trouble...

Programming Laserwash M5 undercarriage after presoaks

Having an in-place UBF leaves the car's surface dry for your presoaks to theoretically work better by not getting diluted. It also makes it easier for the customer to see while pulling in and prevents your entrance door and tracks from getting soaked. If you've never had a drive thru UBF the...
