I have JC pump stand with 3hp motors and 5cp pumps. Single pulley belt. I thought the max was 1100? Maybe you have larger pulleys than what JC supplies.

Did you have to change a pulley to get the cat 5cp pump to go to 1500 psi? Or are you using a different pump?

She said it was a Coleman unit as everything in the wash is Coleman. I think she is suing them and needed an amount for that. Either way, I will pass along the information. Thanks!

that timer will work, but you should upgrade the firmware on it to ensure that it doesn't have any issues. There is a small glitch that could potentially occur with lower firmware versions.

Are you talking about the coil? The black part that goes over the stem? I was going to replace that as my final thing to try, but tested it with the coil not even connected and it did the same thing, so I ruled it out. Since it's a NC valve, the coil just opens it, correct?

AFAIK, only Dixmor timer will work with count up at this time. Every other timer has to use count down. Ginsan says that their next timer will be able to use count up, due at the end of the year.

That's what's killing me, I know that it is probably something simple. I have literally spent almost 11 hours on it in the sauna of a ER. Worst part is that apparently one of the fittings on top of the solenoid didn't get enough tape, so it leaks. So now I am worse off than I started lol...
