    Futura Manual

ekowest, I guess old posts are potentially more relevant than we think. I just sent you to your posted email.

    cryptopay

Not sure if it is necessary ... but we have been using a temperature regulated lab grade grounded soldering station for about 15 years now. Just in case a PCB requires it over some of the cheaper soldering guns. Randy probably know a lot more about that possible need than me.

    Video cable question

We are using Cat 6 as we need new because the price difference is not that great. IMHO, it seems like since you have canopy protection ... I would say UV rays from the sun would be a bigger concern than what is required when buried below ground. Usually the RJ 45 ends professionally done are...

    laundromat owners ?

Soonermagic, Unless you go to the highest end soft mounts, hard mounts tend to have less maintenance. One of my local closeby competitors went to almost all Electrolux. Him & his wife went with a large number of machines in the 6 & 8 load size. If you have time to look at the discussions on...

CIVIL PROTESTING CLOSE TO CAR WASH NEW EXPERIENCE???

An example of how oneself can get ganged up on by the far left for disagreeing with some of the response tactics: https://www.si.com/nfl/saints/news/drew-brees-yahoo-interview-social-storm

CIVIL PROTESTING CLOSE TO CAR WASH NEW EXPERIENCE???

It might be too sensitive of a topic but I am wondering if any fellow car wash owners have ever had protesters (marching etc) for whatever reason in front of or close by their car washes. The below today's starting point was within a few blocks of our car wash. Not sure how extensive the...

    New car/dog wash

That video does get people's funny bone judging by its almost 200K views. The dog surprisingly looks part German Shepherd. From experience at our dog wash ... German Shepherds tend to not be the happiest as they are being washed. Our self service wash has a brush attachment on the end of its...

    Best American Flag

It is the specification. It seems it is the same as Lithium. Nickel-Cadmium are cheaper but tend to be a pain when it comes to ongoing maintenance etc. They are coming out with Zinc something or other that is supposed to be better than Lithium ... not sure if they are available at a decent...

    Cameras and security systems

One option is to have a small circular clear portion on the front of the coin box with a tiny miniature camera mounted inside as part of your arsenal of in bay cameras.

How to mix the powder soap (simnoiz Correct)

Petes Car Wash, Specialty Equipment of Mpls-St. Paul, MN area .... before they left the car wash world ... had a nifty powder soap tank - combo wax tank with a screen etc above the soap side where it would be held liquid below. It also has a port for pH triggering so the soap could be kept at...

    Best American Flag

Just a heads up. Make sure the pole setup also is not too flimsy. I have seen a few residences & even businesses go the cheap route for that & regretted it because of eventual high winds or whatever. A solar-Li-ion batt spotlight mounted properly also is a good idea IMHO.

    Attempted break in

Chaz, Since most of the heaviest criminals have gone into password & pin busting related "white collar" stealing ... you probably still want to not assume that your troubles will be over if you went 100% cashless.

    Mechanical Vender?

We have Chip's electronic columns in our touch screen dog wash bays. They have been more reliable than if we had gone with the mechanical version! Side note ... a bad boy mouse got in there a few years back ... getting into our vended "beggin strips". That was solved with a mouse killer...

Wiring a Nayax Amit 3.0 with Dixmor timer

ARueck, The 8 VDC that you mentioned should be verified with a multimeter. If so, it seems you will need another relay whose coil will work with 8VDC ... then transfer the proper voltage to the Dixmor. Also you mentioned in your words "From the Nayax side of the relay, a VCC wire to the A2...

    Meterbox Decal

I have always had better results when the decal has been printed in reverse on the rear of a protective clear barrier (ideally embedded in the original surface). Laminated adhesive pockets have been my next best choice similar to what Jackson-Hirsh (jhlaminating.com) offers the option to use.

Vacuum or water treatment preferred brands?

I wonder if Fleck Tech Support usually comes through in a good enough way for those of us who order a Fleck unit online & prefer to install & maintain ourselves "in house"? Tech support is very important. By being locked into a local installer of Culligan ... Ecowater etc ... it seems like you...

I was always told that too many grains of hardness even on the cold rinse shortens the life of the high pressure pump???

    Another “incident”

SparkleClean & others, Ideally, because they are giving you unfair delays & arguments ... it would be nice if they wound up paying a bit more. Let us know if you can swing that. I remember a door incident cause by a trucker to our RV bay. The mega-sized trucking company's (a former college...
