There doesn’t appear to be much to that regulator are they worth rebuilding or maybe I should just order an extra to have on hand. I will probably take it apart and see if there is an obvious problem since I don’t think I have a new one around this place.

Alright, I replaced the valve with one that is normally closed. It appears to function correctly now. Butttt when the the trigger is not pulled on the gun water violently pulses from the pop off valve. This happens for every function through the pressure gun.

We have scrubbed this stupid walls multiple times with Nu-wall. No luck at all. I am thinking of replacing the FRP with some porcelain tile, unless there are some better options.

Howdy y’all, Do any of you have a source to get the solenoid armature tubes that screw into the manifold block? I’m not sure what the real name is to search for. Solenoid tube? Solenoid enclosure? Solenoid armature enclosure? Where I live we would call it a solenoid armature tube, I think.

I may have figured some of this issue out. Perhaps someone replaced the solenoid with one that is normally open or there is a mechanical problem with the actual valve blocking the line when the solenoid is engaged. The smaller regulator will adjust the pressure for the high pressure functions...

Thanks, I got this issue corrected by us just if the boom down timer. I shined up the old equipment pretty well. Now does anyone have a good upgrade idea for the sign that says what feature the machine is on?

Well this is probably an unusual resolution. So I took nut off where the adjustment screw is. The screw was spewing a lot of fluid out of it so I removed the adjustment screw and found the spring to be missing. I stole a screw out of a different Procon pump that was laying around here and put...

Upon review of this issue. I removed and replaced the foamer. While it is calling for triple shine I have liquid at the inlet side of the foamer and only air on the outlet. Maybe my pump is not pushing enough pressure to get the liquid through the foamer? Are the Procon pumps adjustable?
