    No suction on vacuums

If motors are running, then it's most likely that that rubber seal around the door is either worn or not in place. It also could be that you didn't shut the doors properly. If the rubber seal mover out of place even a little bit, it will affect the suction. Other than that, you would have to...

    Floor heat question

That's not a bad idea either. The floor is not level, so I could pour a level pad for the machine. I will look at the location and try to come up with a the best solution while I am looking at the actual space. I'll take a picture as well.

Need help finding replacement part for boom

I'm sure your right. There is no way I'll believe that piece isn't sold separately. It is a stand alone piece, why would you have to buy the whole boom for it when all other parts are made available separately?

    Floor heat question

I already have a decent infrared thermometer, but figured that if the loops were deep I could just avoid the search and drill. I'll try to map it out once I get my machine in. Attaching to the wall might work too, I'll have to check on that.

    Foot valves

For a foot valve, that seems really cheap. Is there even a reason to use the more expensive foot valves?

    Floor heat question

Does anyone know how deep the floor heat loops are typically embedded under the concrete? I want to install a new vending machine that needs to be bolted down in an area where there is floor heat and was wondering how much leeway I had. If it was enough, then I wouldn't have to figure out...

Need help finding replacement part for boom

Lol. Coleman sells it for $63 and they say it's much more durable now, so I figured buying new would be the best bet. Also saves me time since it will be delivered right to me and I won't have to make trips to a machine shop.

Need help finding replacement part for boom

Coleman does have it, said that they made it double walled so that it is nearly impossible to break now. They must have had this issue before. Just bought two. Thanks for the tip!

Need help finding replacement part for boom

Yes, the wash with two autos. I didn't know Coleman made booms, but if so then I'm sure it is as everything else there is Coleman. I'll call them and see if they have it. Thanks.

    Foot valves

I have the same problem on my pre-soak 1 and am using the grey foot valves. How does that stainless valve attach?

Need help finding replacement part for boom

I looked at the nipple coming from the ceiling and it seems straight. You could actually still use the boom when it was torn like this, it swiveled around fine, just hung low and seemed dangerous. KleenRite just told me that piece is not sold separately.

Need help finding replacement part for boom

My intention when I took it down was to weld it, but it is in pretty bad shape. You can't tell from the picture, but it is at least 45 degrees off from where it should be and torn pretty bad. I don't think it could be repaired. You don't weld it back to the arm, it just attaches to it with a...

Need help finding replacement part for boom

I can't find that part sold separately for the Kleen Rite Boom, just the whole assembly. Maybe I need to look again. I didn't take a picture, but the top part is in the attic so all you see is the nipple hanging from the ceiling, that's what the broken piece attaches to. Then the rest of the...

Need help finding replacement part for boom

I found a part on one of my booms this morning that was ripped nearly in half and I need to replace it. Couldn't have happened at a worse time as cars have been lined up all weekend. I thought about trying to repair it temporarily, but decided against it as it is in bad shape. I am trying to...

Different Winter - Summer SS Rates

Last night my car read 28 and the weep mizer read 28. This morning my car read 27 and the weep mizer read 32! It was not sunny at all, very foggy actually, so the sun is not an issue. It is mounted on the North side of the building, so it doesn't really get sun there anyway. There is no...

Different Winter - Summer SS Rates

I know things can fail at anytime, but I've only had it for just over a year. Is that common? I thought that when it fails I would get crazy readings, not just 15 degrees higher. Is what happened to me a common sign of a failing sensor?

Different Winter - Summer SS Rates

Not sure about the whole winter, but people would pay anything to get the salt off. Hmm... I might take advantage and reduce 30 seconds from the startup time for the next week or so as people wash off the salt. After the crap I've had to deal with, even charging double wouldn't make up for it...

    Counting $$$

I did that for a few years but then got tired of it and quit. I never found a discrepancy when I was doing it, have you guys ever found a problem?

    Counting $$$

Counting the change machine is inaccurate big time as people don't spend all the change they get, and you also get people that get change and leave. Only count what quarters you find in the bays and vacs.
