    Foamy rinse water

That looks normal. I've always had hot water do that going into the "rinse" tank. Here are all the possible causes: A bad weep check valve could be letting high pressure soap back into the water lines. That would be the easiest to find and fix, just close the water line to the weep and run...

    Hydrominder is back feeding

The foot valve is bad. It caused the initial problem. The hole in the discharge hose stopped the symptom, but the foot valve is still bad.

    Weep not working- Ginsan Ultimate

That picture is of your rinse solenoids. There is also a weep solenoid, I believe it's going to be normally open, and there should be another weep solenoid for each bay that's also normally open. The main weep solenoid is powered until the weep comes on, and the individual weep solenoids are...

It could still be a bad check valve but intermittent. Those are always fun to track down.

    3535 seals?

From under the pump's manifold? That's probably low pressure seals, or worst case a broken plunger.

Goldine or 4/5 conversion for Crypto

As a general rule you're better off adding info in your existing thread so people can see what's already been discussed. Btw, I'll go ahead and say it, your profile image was harvested off a "good health" site, so it stinks of scam.

    Backup heat

Not a lot of BTU, but two or three of them in a well insulated room might work. Running them off a deep cycle battery kept charged with an AC powered charger would be an affordable backup during a power failure that would last a couple days.

A Cold freeze coming Windsheild washer fluid

Yes, it freezes into a slush but doesn't expand. It'll protect your pumps, plumbing, and lines but it's not for sure going to keep your lines flowing.

    Foamy rinse water

If your weep is unplugged and shut off at the ball valve until it gets cold, that's probably not it. That would be easy to diagnose, pick a time that no one is washing and with the weep off run one bay at a time and check the others for weep water running out. Whichever bay causes that is your...

    Coin operated air machine

You can buy them without a compressor. JE Adams sells them. You could also look for a used unit with a bad compressor or an old fragrance machine to refurbish. I have two of the latter, but I plan on making them air machines.

    Foamy rinse water

Since you have hot water, are there solenoids to supply cold water for rinse? It doesn't look like there is. You can probably solve this issue by adding a 1/2" check valve for each pump at the barb from the tank. My guess would be one of the bay pumps is letting a low pressure option back...

    Have an old hydrospray system

I've done a lot of equipment refurbs, and to save a lot of downtime and discomfort it's better to pre-wire things like the solenoid connectors on a table so when you're ready to swap things out you just plug in your new wires. In my second picture above you can see a bunch of new relays on the...

    Have an old hydrospray system

This is a lot easier than it looks. I would probably run new multiconductor cable to each bank of solenoids, then remove all the unnecessary components, add something to connect the wires to (I prefer terminal stripes and spades but there are barrier strips that you can insert the stripped ends...
