This is a single quickbooks desktop program. I get some notices about the browser being out of date so I should upgrade but I don't see the need to since I don't use the browser. For what reason would you need to upgrade?

For simple standalone business I use Quickbooks One program can handle multiple entities. (You only pay once for that and I can e-mail the accountant whatever year end reports they need. ) I use if for my personal stuff as well as 3 separate businesses that have less than a dozen or so entries...
