I would think with Belt drive it's esier to vary Pully size t create somethinglike a "Superbay".

    Foam Brush Slow

IMO that is your issue. Foam has to travel too far. and it will flll the line to the Foam Generator above the Bay and when the foam dies because it is not in use the line is mostly empty all the way back to the ER. . Run separate 3/8 Poly for air and liquid to a 1'2" T above boom with a...

    Ideas?

WINNER!. Took Boom Down. Had to bed back bracket and hammered a pipe in short end.. _Had Guessed problem was at end of boom. Seems Swivel had separated attached to hose and was too long to go thru bend until I persuaded it.

    Ideas?

You gave me an idea, perhaps now that I got it down I tan beat it thru from the short side past the bend where it most likely is stuck.

    Ideas?

D&S Foam Brush Boom - Basically a 1" pipe bent 90 degrees slips thru a sleeve mounted on the wall with collar welded on to keep it from sliding out. 3/8" wire braid hose with 1/4" male swivel end slides thru the pipe and connects to end of hose from trough with 1/4 Female Pipe end on bracket...

Old solenoid replacement ( have questions)

Had issues with weep solenoids failing. My guess it was debris built up over time. Went to Home Depot and got a whole house water filter. (Finer filter element than Banjo Filters) Have not had a failure in years. Change the filter element every fall.

    GinSan Pre Soak

You can't pit 10lbs thru a 5lb sack and trying t put too much volume thru an .05 tip will kill the foam. I would start at 40 PSI for the liquid and 10 PSI for the air and perhaps increase the air to 20 PSI. Here is a video of Tire cleaner but PS is the same.

    Painting/sealing walls in a SS

I prefer FRP panels to Extrutech for the Following reasons. 4 x 8 Panes go up quickly. Less likely to dent since not a hollow product. Pebble finish in Bays deters graffiti "Scratchers" .

You need to contact your local City Hall for this answer. Requirements vary by locality.

    Vac Compressor Issue

I have had luck with the small Harbor freight units but most any small compressor works since. the unit does not require much air to make foam and their is no Back Pressure and it only runs for short periods of time. Biggest killer might be whatever temperature extremes are in your area...

    How to make foam thicker?

I use a hydrominder / flo jet to feed my Banana foamers. Start with 40 PSI to Flo Jet and 10 PSI to the air injection at the foamer. Gradualy increase air but should not need to be above 20 PSI. More is NOT better. Trying to force more volume through the limited space will kill foam...

Are these same kids reaching under the Vac Domes?

Vacuum safety / Is this an industry wide concern?

I am concerned about people letting kids wander the lot with cars traveling all around while they don't pay attention to them because they are vacuuming. For a child to reach under the dome and stick their hand in they would first have to climb up on the vacuum pedestal because the dome is 6.5...

Vacuum safety / Is this an industry wide concern?

Your request for an explanation speaks volumes. I could video myself changing Vac Motors with the power on and you could video yourself putting a 2 prong metal object with one prong into each side of and electrical outlet and the explanation would be clear - but don't do that.

Vacuum safety / Is this an industry wide concern?

If a 13 year old this size would do this I suspect he would have met his end long ago by encountering other lurking dangers like crossing the street. or sticking stuff in electrical outlets.

Vacuum safety / Is this an industry wide concern?

I don't recall seeing a lock nut fail and I don't think I have ever seen one on it's side under a dome. Not sure there is even room for this to happen with the dome on.

Vacuum safety / Is this an industry wide concern?

I would be in that group - never left a fan exposed but then again I don't replace brushes.
