I would first start in your area and see who the reputable dealers are. I am in a very cold climate with IBA. You will need good doors and radiant heat in the bay. I don't think you need in floor heat or to weep water with a properly insulated bay with radiant heat.

Both ends of my foamy brush asssemblies are reusable. The kleenrite foam brush assemblies I use all come with reusable ends, When a hose breaks it is just above the fitting and I just unscrew it and cut the bad end of the hose off and reattach. They semm to last me for years.

What are you using now? Blue coral or simoniz seem to rinse well for me.
