    high impact pump

ON my ryko OHD touchless washes I use the ryko blasters at the entrance to blast the wheels and rocker panels as the car drives in. Gator on the forum had a similar setup to what you are talking about on his softgloss when he had one. Using these preblasters does save time on a wash cycle.

Put it on the classifieds on this site. I bought 5 old wash card systems from someone on this site. They are not worth much though. If you get $100 for you have listed that is about all you can expect.

    Sta-Rite RO Pump options

I found that dultmeier sales tends to be the cheapest on these types of pumps. They carry starite and several other brands like GOuld. Give them a call with your pump numbers and they can give you options.

    Hamilton Hopper Problem/Problems

    Frustration with IDX acceptors.

I would first check the voltage at the acceptor. I had a similar problem a long time ago with some equipment. The voltage check checked right at 24 volts when nothing was being used. Several bays drew power from the same transformer and when several solenoids would be on demand voltage would...

I have one turbo dvr system and it has worked fine with no problems for over 3 years. When buying a camara system I have tried the costco and sams club units in the past. Beware of electronic safes

A local restaraunt next to one of my washes was broken into this week. He had a large safe bolted down into the concrete. When the owner came into work on Monday he found his safe emptied of about $8000 in cash. The safe was fine but the battery for the electronic digital code had been removed...

    Hypocritical or not?

I see a VW bug running around in our town with a stars and stripes wrap. I just don't think it is right. It was won in a duck race a few years back. The same dealer sold GM products which would have been a better choice. I mean really the VW bug was Hitlers "people's car".

    Not Another Weep Thread!

It might depend on were you live on how much weep water you use. 20 degrees might be the normal high temp for a day in my area. I have always weeped hard water with no adverse effects. One thing to do for sure is to hook up a weep miser if you do not have one already. That will cut your weep...

Chem Flex Injector problems and questions

If you are using the same size tips in each I would think that the chemical draw would be the same but you are adding it to more volume of water so you would need a bigger tip size to get to your desired level of chemicals.

Chem Flex Injector problems and questions

Just to clarify a little more: A .083 will flow 2 gallons of water per minute and a .086 is rated at 2.5 gpm. It would take more chemical to get the same dilution ratio through the larger injector.
