    Help me break in!!

Like someone said, if you grind the exterior collar of the Lock housing perhaps it ill drop down out of the way and then you can get a needle nose vise grip on the bolt to pull on it and perhaps with some tension it will unscrew from the nut.

    Hydrominder Inlet Screen

Depends on Factors. If you have a setup where all hydrominders are near each other fed by a single water line, then just ut a large strainer on the line at that point and Branch off from there. In 2 Biz Photo above if you had a 1 inch llne you could just use a single one inch strainer...

Air/liquid mixture in the ER vs in the bay

I think mixing in the ER will give foam more time to die en route to the bay. Mixing above the bay gives it about 25 feet to foam.

    Help me break in!!

Had an issue with one once where hex head was worn and tried various sizes of Flat blade screwdrivers and one caught enough to turn the bolt. Another option would be if the bolt was not spinning or would tighten down if you frilled into the center with a 1/4" cobalt bit deep enough for an easy...

When/how often to change vac bags

I don't clean bags,or replace door gaskets unless there is a performance issue. A while ago I posted photos of failed motors to show why I don't replace brushes.

    Used Tire Shine machines

You might want to check out the Viper Shine unit. .. Lots less expensive and lower maintenance than most units although the cost per application is higher, and components with a life expectancy - Solenoid valves, tapeswitches are off the shelf easy replacements.

    Hydraulic hose crimper recommendations

Mended plenty of the 3/8" HP wire braid hoes with the re-useable fittings from KR. A little lube - soapy water on the outside of the hose and a couple of good combination wrenches helps. We still use that for periodic repairs from pump to hose. Before I had swagers we repaired plenty of...

    Checking PH in there Soap.

I never check. Tunnels and SS, Set it to where it works and has good show. Then cut back to where it doesn't. Then back up to where it does and leave it alone until there is a performance issue and then check to see what the issue is.

    Foam brush problems

FWIW I was using Cherry Blossom with 320 . 1 ultra lean, perhaps even smaller but last few shipments it was not as concentrated. I have gone to 120/ 1. Looking for something else now. I complained to KR that it was not working as well and never made any headway..

Tankless water heater water pressure drop....

"Hot" obviously is subjective. I think if I go outside when it's 96 degrees it feels "Hot" . I will have to do a water test. If my water heater at home is set at 120 degrees I don't use straight hot for washing.
