    Spot Free pump - advice?

You can get the same motor I linked in 3-phase. The photos are the same, but the parts are not. One part is for the motor shaft, one for the pump shaft, one is the bushing for between.

    Push-in connector replacement

I've used the straight 3/8 x 3/8" on 450 PSI and never had a problem.

    Post here when you sell.

People can respond to you in private message. You can add your phone number for calls or texts, just conceal it from the spambots by typing it something like five-5-five one-2-1-two. I will only give my email or phone number in PM.

    Spot Free pump - advice?

Since you're only running 200-250 PSI in the bays, just replace the pump and motor with a Procon. It will do 250 and the whole changeover will cost about $600. The biggest variable is the cost of the motor. I wait until there's a 20 or 25% off sale at Zoro and get two, then with free shipping...

    JE Adams Towel Machine Repair

There is a bracket on the right side of the assembly that guides the end of the rod into the coin acceptor.

    Temporary pumps

Rather than use one huge pump for both, I would have used a separate pump for the auto and the SS. Would have been about $1500 for both.

    Temporary pumps

What is it doing though? Pumping water to the bays or making it? If making, how many membranes?

I was referring to how they cook them (Flame broiled vs. on a griddle like everyone else).

    Temporary pumps

Do you even need that big of a pump? What exactly is it doing? Half the time I see that type of pump on an RO system it's severe overkill for what it realistically needs.

    Push-in connector replacement

I've had the best luck from the plastic John Guest fittings, but I don't use push tubing fittings anymore if I can help it. I use compression fittings.

    Ss failing pump?

I'm referring to the 1/2" high pressure line going into the bottom left port. Is that looping back to the pump from the regulator? The video doesn't show clearly where the leak is coming from. That's not a seal leaking, but it could be the seal retainer o-ring.

    Mark VII Blowers

You can either have a custom frame made or buy a used dryer arch that's wider. http://www.carwashconsignment.com/equipment/dryers-other-makes/1931-d-s-five-blower-with-arch-and-stainless-control-box-2008

    Peeling Paint in the Bays

There is no permanent fix that involves paint in car wash bays. You'll get the best life out of proper prep and using a good quality oil-based paint. You'll still be painting it every couple years.

Ginsan Problem - Unable to Open Door

I helped a guy install these same boxes at two washes, and some of them were so out of line he could barely get the lock threads started. I had to use a tire iron to bend the door and force the lock to line up with the nut. He hasn't had any problems with them since. The nut is supposed to...
