    Dixmor DX2000-2 V2.05

It has most likely lost programming and needs to be set up again. You should be able to reprogram it with a remote - if you don't have one you'll need to open it and do it manually with the buttons. It will lose its programming every time the bay is off too long until the battery is replaced.

    High Pressure soap getting Diluted

FWIW whenever I replace the foot valve or the entire hose, I remove the metal "clamp" and use a zip tie really tight to secure the foot valve.

    Ss failing pump?

The gauge is reading the pressure on the line, which is normal. The leak look like just a leak at the fitting. Do yourself a huge favor and replace that high-pressure hose with braided hose and a brass barb before you have a problem with rust particles in the valves.

What you're probably seeing is flow from the tank, not the pump. If your wax is high pressure and the pressure also drops on wax, the most likely culprit is the 3/4" check valve under the tank. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-3260-kleen-rite-3-4-f-x-f-brass-7-8-l.aspx

Are you talking about the medium pressure presoak valve opening when soap is selected?

    Hydrominder question

They make one from a 1/2" barb x 1/4" barb with a strainer on the 1/4" side but Kleen-Rite doesn't sell it. I just ordered the double 1/2" barb type and the strainers. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-1762-smc-1-2-pvc-barbed-check-valve.aspx...

Quarters rolling through directly to the reject slot.

I'm not sure it's going to fit even after grinding the threaded bump away, but I'm going to try. I have two Microcoin units and on both of them the frames have been popped open from customers beating on it after jamming it with nickels and dimes, and one had the top plastic of the chute knocked...

    Hydrominder question

I've been saying it a lot lately. They've had another bad run - I'm switching to SMC.

Quarters rolling through directly to the reject slot.

It's this that keeps the Microcoin from sitting in it properly. I didn't have time to mess with it last night, but I think grinding the screw flat will let the Microcoin fit, plus it will need the shoulder screws added to stay in properly...

Unfortunately your acceptor is trash. They won't likely be able to repair it either. I'm switching to SecureCoin to give them a try.

    Truck Backed over my Vac

Something similar happened to a friend recently. He was in the process of closing on a wash, and a truck driver took out a brick column for a bay. Driver admitted fault and left his company's info with the attendant, but company is denying responsibility and refusing to pay. This happens in...

    National Quarter Shortage

The "gov't and banks" don't have quarters to restock your changer. Even if they did, is it going to fix the national debt by charging you a few bucks for some quarters? So you're saying anyone on this forum who doesn't join with you to lobby for change is a pathetic, dumb, idiot sheep...

    Just a petty observation

I've actually watched a customer pull the foam gun out of its holder and drop it on the floor to put the high pressure wand in it.

My Fragmatics vacuum keeps tripping it's 30A fuse.

Am I sure about what? The dirty bags reducing the amperage draw? Absolutely. And the fuse blowing doesn't always mean the motors are drawing too many amps. Heat blows a fuse. A weak spot in the wiring will generate heat.

    Argumentative customers!

I used to get really riled up. I guess I just learned over the years that it doesn't do any good. When I have to confront someone I just state everything firmly. It mostly works, but some people are so unreasonable I just get my phone out and tell them I'm calling the police. If they're...

    Just a petty observation

You mean like in the wrong holder? All the time. It's most funny when they hang the foam brush across the vertical holder that's seven feet up on the wall.

    Just a petty observation

I'm happy if the customer doesn't leave the hose on the ground where the claw will get run over. I replace so many claw nozzles I buy them by the box of 50. It actually annoys me more if they wrap and wrap and wrap the hose tight around the coin box, then the next person leaves it in a knot.
