I need to clarify.
I mean what type of brush units (mfg.) to clean tires and wheels.
Also what chemicals (mfg.) are used and are you pleased with what you have.
What brand of tire/wheel cleaner units/chemicals do you have?
I only use chemical and high pressure no brush unit. Does an all right job but not great.

Without knowing the income and not knowing what shape the equipment, building, driveways, etc. are in this is a how I would look at the wash.

dlc95 you bring up another question about mitter curtains.
I'm pretty sure most of the older operations use cloth but of those newer operators which material do you use for your mitters and give us the pros and cons of it.
Try using a heavy guage tarp over the conveyor, put an extension cord with mutliple outlets and high wattage lightbulbs extending every 3-5 feet between the upper and lower rails of the conveyor. Obviously keep all of it out of the water.
