Personally I would convert to a Dixmore and re wire if need be. I haven’t worked on one of those in forever. What’s it look like inside the control panel? I will tell you this I don’t think Ginsan makes that display anymore.

I am pretty sure Kleen rite makes a kit so you can remove the display timer and replace with Dixmore. Are these doors controlled by a hydrospray computer or just a timer in the equipment room?

Make sure the Coordinator has an Internet connection if it loses connection it will store charges until it is full and Will than start up the bay for a couple seconds and shut off

Vacs are next haven’t had a second to change them. I’ve been at 1.75 for 12 years

I am 5.00 for 5 minutes in the bays and 5.00 minimum for credit cards. 1.75 for 4 minutes on the vacs

Personally I would wait and see if they come out with it in an all in one.

It could be a rinse solenoid leaking a low pressure solenoid or a check valve on the rinse tank. Do you have a shutoff on each water supply coming off the rinse tank? If you do turn the valve off to that bay if it stops you have a bad check valve. If that does not stop it check if you have a...

I have converted a few systems like that to 3 pumps and put an air solenoid on each pump and removed the solenoids on the tank they always seem to be problematic.

IMO The only problem I really see with only one emergency release it if you lost power and the front of the car was blocked by the arm they still would not be able to get out.

Are the sonars put in level or are they tipped?

Is this the old style with the control board on the motor itself?

Is solid or stranded wire used for the 3 phase power? I have never seen all 3 fuses pop at the same time! Technically if one fuse blows the motor starter overload should trip first.

Any chance you have a bearing on one of the end plates binding?
