Is it both presoak passes ?

This one was a little extreme but it had the same symptoms you are experiencing.

The wall manifold on the Kondor has a screen and a foaming pad in it. Does it do it on both presoaks? I have seen them get clogged up and cause problems. What’s the pump speed at for the presoak? You may have to move it up a little. The injector may be bad. You may have to put a bigger injector on.

I would look for a low level float or switch in the tank. If the float is floating at the top of the tank that may cause a problem

Is it possible the tank isn’t filling fast enough at times causing the low water fault?

Does the pump motor shut off when this happens? Does the tower stop moving?

You will probably have to upgrade to the new style motor gearbox and control unit. The hardest part is usually getting the old motor gearbox assembly off.

Is it me or is your math wrong? 5 minutes x 60 =300 seconds ~ by 12 = 25 seconds per coin? I would just set the crypto pay to the same with a 5.00 minimum with the same time per coin. Why give them extra time for using a card when you have fees with the card?

I had a couple jam I found the door would open up a little and cause it. I put a zip tie around the door and haven’t had any more problems.

Purclean uses membranes like the new one you have I don’t know if they would fit
