We were warned of this issue so I keep anti seize on the threads and WD-40 on the lock whenever I think about it. Also don't crank it down super tight when closing it back up

We also use 3/8" coil hoses but on a 360 ceiling boom. They do get twisted up some but not too bad. We have swivels at both ends and I think that helps. I'm guessing that the ones that hate them had the smaller 1/4" diameter.

We mounted our Air Shammee booms so they would just go under the HP boom when away from the wall. It stops when it hits the HP hose coming out of its boom but works fine that way. You might have to move your mat holders because it looks like the hose and holster will land there.

If the flow is good up to it and not good after it then it seems logical that it's the valve. Have you tried it on another setup since you have multiple Razors?

Have you tried checking the flow directly out of the solenoid valve with any downstream plumbing removed?

Is it installed in the correct direction?

I doubt it's the softener if there's good flow at the solenoid valve. Does it do it consistently now?

Is the solenoid valve installed in the correct flow direction?

Did you check for flow longer than 4 seconds?

Have you checked flow right before the solenoid valve with it disconnected from the plumbing? I'm suspecting a restriction in the line somewhere. Maybe a broken softener part. Is it a 1" line?

We did not get the sample box but did hear how many they were discontinuing and was really surprised.

I don't think you need one there. Ours does not have one there but there is one on the pump outlet. I'm considering one above the bay to possibly prevent the siphoning I'm noticing now that we raised our ceilings by 5'.

3207 @ 1,200 psi is theoretically 3.8 gpm, which is a lot, in my opinion. You could narrow the tip to a 2507. We run 1,100 @ the pump with a 2507 and have lots of pressure compliments. Your steel fittings may have corrosion and are restricting flow. Take some of them apart to check for that.

I just reread your post. Try running a wash without blowers to see what it looks like. We had a touchless that ran for 20 years that never had blowers. We would many times run our black car through it, go let it bake in the sun to see if it spotted and never saw anything like yours.

Do the streaks go away after washing a certain amount of cars at the beginning of the colder season? If so could it be dust from the doors because they sat open during the warm season? If not the doors then maybe the bay heaters? Does the machine weep hard water? If so, maybe that is stuck on...
