Is that the rinse solenoid valve? That doesn't keep the motor from starting. Did you check for 24 VAC at the motor starter while on the rinse selection?

It is the lower air regulator that adjusts the liquid flow. How do you know for sure that it is coming on?

Are you able to shut off the drying agent on the ceramic wash package? Usually ceramic goes on first before other protectants.
