Where do these lines go from the serenoid valves

It's like asking your doctor what's wrong with you but won't answer his questions. I say those lines go to the foam brush booms in each bay.

    Need Help!

If you know you need 24VAC output and know what voltage/phase you have for input then you just need to estimate the VA rating by its outside dimensions.

Where do these lines go from the serenoid valves

What makes you think these are not for foam brush? Do you have a foam brush system?

Best in bay car reader system?

Look at Nyax and Cryptopay. They both have their pros and cons. There is no perfect system out there when you consider everything.

    Upgrading an RO system

This thing has been a bit of a struggle. I found that the inlet solenoid valve leaked past without power to it so I ordered an Asco Redhat to replace the hard to find Burkert one that was on there. Then the caps on the original two vessels were very difficult to remove. They are not the more...

Where do these lines go from the serenoid valves

Are you saying all 15 solenoid valves are connected to the air compressor? I'm guessing the two sets on the right are for foam brush. One inlet line should go to a pump of some type and the other set is for air injection to make it foam.

    SNAFU….

Also, we switched from the 1/2" ID tubing to 1/4" for many of our chemicals. It only holds one-fourth of the chemical that 1/2" does. If you are using (or were 😂) a really concentrated presoak then if it drains back to the bucket a small metering tip could slow the return when it kicks on where...

    SNAFU….

Is the Hydrominder discharge tube still clear enough so you can verify the liquid returns to the tank level after it shuts off? If you put in a new Hydrominder, it should have come with a new hose. I usually drill the siphon breaker hole right under the yellow restrictor ring. Is the pick up...

Georgia Self Serve- lower profits than expected

Was this wash closed down? Keep it as clean as possible. Use chemicals that actually work well and learn how to check on that periodically. Check your water hardness and spot free TDS on a daily or weekly basis. Pump out the soap like mad. Make everything work as perfect as possible. Test every...

Tractor supply store lighting is not a priority

They are much more efficient than other light sources but still can draw enough power to make adding some additional controls worthwhile. We will have over 3,000 watts of LEDs at our little wash when we reopen burning all night long.

Best rollover wash for 13’ bay width tunnel?

This would be my concern also. You wouldn't want anything but smooth walls and no conduits or anything like that.

Georgia Self Serve- lower profits than expected

You stated low profits in the title so is the $5K per month profit or gross sales? What features/functions do you have? What are you charging? How well do you run your wash compared to the close competitor? Are you attended during busy times? Is it attractive from the street? Is it highly...

Best rollover wash for 13’ bay width tunnel?

According to Ryko the minimum bay width is 14' 6". I don't think there are any friction machines that will work in a 13' wide bay. You will need to go touchless and even then there is almost nothing out there that fits. We had two 12' 9" wide by 24' 8" long by 10' tall bays and decided to tear...
