Are these the Chinese machines with their own controls?

Wouldn't the downstream membranes get really high TDS water, especially the last in a series of four? Is the recycle the amount of water going back to the pump inlet? I don't think our system does that because it just has reject and product water flow meters.

Is this different than the ones they had before? If so did they correct the overheating issues? They don't have the air conditioner that their standard pay stations have.

When starting up do you see one of the motors delay start? If so it may not have power to it and is running backward from suction across the fan. Verify with a clamp on multimeter that it is indeed pulling power. You instead could disconnect one of them to see which one is not getting power...

Yes, the hot water could be contributing to early failure. Are you sure you are running water that hot? That sounds crazy to me and I have never seen a wash running any where near that temp.

Did you ask why the two separate bill munchers?

Could be a good thing if they used the best ideas from both companies.

We designed our lit signs to say Turn All Wipers Off for our new wash to hopefully help a bit with that rear wiper.

Are they not drawing chemical? If not you might need to starve the pumps briefly of gravity tank water to get them to draw the chemical.

Also I forgot to mention that it's putting out 1 PPM TDS now. 264 PPM input and 530 PPM reject.

I turned it back on today and the best I can get now is 3.3 GPM product and 3.4 reject. The pressure regulator appears to be seized inside. I can crank the screw all the way in or out and doesn't seem to change the pressure. Right now it's about 180 psi. The tag on the pump says 250 psi max and...

I was told by several others year ago that I should run close to a 1:1 but favoring just a tad bit more on the reject water. With the reject all the way cranked down I can just barely get a little more product water than reject. Maybe it's designed that way?
