    How to isolate Cryptopay revenue

How about this for a low tech approach. A counter at each pay point counts "Pulses" The counter can be resettable or record beginning and end numbers, so you get the numer of pulses over a certain period. Lets say its 25 cents per pulse. If the counter shows 600 pulses and you have $100 cash...

    System Down

    1. Someone might want to consider making a Window in that wall to see into the tunnel. 2. You might want to see if the controller has simulated pulse capability. 3. If functions are interlocked (Go on and off with the conveyor) you don't turn them on and off when the car is at the right point...

    Foam brush plumbing...Attn: 2Biz

FWIW My setup is similar. I have 2 sets of 4 manifold blocks for 8 bays for the liquid. Seperate flo jet for each of the manifold blocks. All other low pressuree functions use a single flo jet for 8 bays. I just figured with the FB more volume might be needed if more than 4 used FB at one...

    Signs of wearing Vacuum Brushes

By the time my vac motors die they are usualy so corroded I can't see any point in tryng to extend the life by having repllaced brushes. Maybe it's a climate or demographic issue with either moister climates or people vacuuming up moisture.

Fixin' a Coleman Shampooer...fewer parts needed

Even a more sophisticated system wouldn't drain the reservoir which could still freeze and crack.

    Signs of wearing Vacuum Brushes

Ditto on this - BUT if there is a loss of suction not caused by poor gasket or clog in the hose, or unusual noise, check them . You may find a filter bag had a hole clogging the motor. Catching it son enough could save the motor(s).

    System Down

Older systems like Datatrax may not have simulated pulse option. Newer systems like DRB do. Are you sure yours does not? You could also turn everything on and leave it on and then off manualy.

Fixin' a Coleman Shampooer...fewer parts needed

Seems the thread got sidetracked from Coleman shampooer to FB. Anyway, a guy once told me I didn't need winter formula shampoo because the units had heaters and a blowdown cycle. Asked him , "You know what happens when the heater doesn't work or the power fails, and it's freezing and you...

    Best Wraps in The Industry

I found it on the website. Aside from the $1500.00 cost you would need other stuff I don't have including, Tire sensor, Mac Valves and air cylinders. I would also caution any one who uses it to put the tire sensor close to were the wraps are. Otherwise if you lose a roller between the sensor...

    Flat belt conveyors

Seen flat belts. Only downside is cost. To replace a 100 foot conveyor may cost you $40K To replace it with a flat belt may be $80K plus tear out and replacement of concrete for another $40K. So if new it's $40K more on top of the entire equipment cost. So far it seems maintenance costs...

Wheel Brush & Tire Shine Marketing Help

AFAIAC the signage - flashing light show is at least as important as the quality of the service. In the past if triple foam colored wax worked but the sign was out we heard about it. I also think the signage need is different if you the customer stays in the car versus if they are in a...

Sionce you specified "Least headaches" I suggest you analyze ow many moving parts their are in the Belaner and MacNeil units as comapared to Sonny's and AVW. I have older Belanger 2001 units which I modified, just took out some Hodges, and I have Sonny's and AVW. I would never go back to...

    New floor!!!!

Curious. In some photos it looks like you put it to the outside of the conveyor and in some it does not. Did you choose not to do some or was it just work in progress? Also by having yellow where the tire goes it seems tha would be most susceptible to black tire marks. any issues with this...

    graco husky 307

I don't know what your setup is but if they are deadheaded to a liquid solenoid that opens when energized as opposed to a solenoid opening and supplying air when needed, this is an inherent problem whcih you won't experience with flo jets.

What to do when depreciation runs out.

I think the issue here is one of perspective, and a misguided perspective as well. Simple examples. You buy something for $100,000.00 and you get to write it off over time (For whatever reason it did not qualify for a section 179 expense.) You get the expense until you depreciate it down to...

What to do when depreciation runs out.

No, this is a zero sum gain proposition because as stated above all depreciation re captured is taxed at ordinary income rates. In addition capital gains rates now vary with income level. Consult a tax professional before making such a move.
