    Cat 3535 no pressure

I agree with JGinther. If your head was washed out the pump would be pulsating. Pretty much the same with valves, no pulsation, no problem with them. Istobal Washes? Who owns one? FLEX5??

I've got a Mark VII Softwash XT. It will be two years old at the end of this month and has been nearly flawless. This is the most used bay at a high volume wash. It replaced a Wesumat, which was a total POS. I was apprehensive about getting another Mark VII because the Wesumat was so bad, but I...

    Waxing with a brush?

What about just using one tri-foam color through the foam brush? You would have the TF for the lubrication and the friction for the cleaning. Seems pretty easy. I actually gave it some thought years ago, but that's as far as it got.

    Problems with belanger

How do we know they are denying warranty? The OP said they put it in last year, 2018? If that's the case, it's most likely over a year old.

    Pricing question

Car washing is discretionary. Charge as much as you can get away with. No one is being robbed. They can go to the competition if they think you're charging too much.

A little bit of humor to start or end your day
