    Leaking hydrominder tanks

No no, 3/4" wide along the seam. I can't see it at all, only the water coming in when I siphoned out the tank.

    Leaking hydrominder tanks

I'm going to try flex paste tomorrow. Because the tire cleaner is down I drained that tank and could see the .75" spot at the bottom of the dividing wall where liquid is getting through. I'll probably just do wax/soap right now, put some solution in 5 gallon jugs and let the sealant cure at...

    Leaking hydrominder tanks

The purple stuff left a crazy crust in the tank, a good 1mm thick on the walls, discharge tube, will have to get a pic of the float tomorrow. Do all tire cleaner type products do that?

    Leaking hydrominder tanks

If I could find a thick mil plastic bag with a port like soda syrup bags or something that might even work as a band aid for now.

    Leaking hydrominder tanks

I haven't looked at this part closely but the tank just comes off the stand on these coleman racks?

    Leaking hydrominder tanks

Quite a rabbit hole I'm down on the revamp of my wash. Now that the chemicals are updated and not the same soap for 3 functions I can see that there are leaks in the walls separating the tanks. Was thinking about flex paste but worried about chemical resistance. Getting it welded is way too big...

    Chattering issue HP

Did you check/replace supply lines to pump inlet?

    Chattering issue HP

I have a bay just start to drop pressure on presoak only. Not bad enough to vibrate much but noticeable drop and only presoak, all other hp functions on the dial work fine. Can flip back and forth between soap and presoak and it's about as instant as the switch action.

    Dripping $500 presoak

Do you think flex paste would work on the inside of a tank exposed to chemicals constantly?

    Tire Cleaner problem

Unrelated but it looks like chemicals are bleeding into each other in the tanks!

    Tire Cleaner problem

I also learned where I should have looked when I had to change a switch and needed the color legend. Was able to get it together enough not to be leaking so long as noone fired up the motor. Knowing the color wire I disabled the function at the bay.

    Tire Cleaner problem

Messed with one of the blocks too much... now it won't take any of the stems I have. Probably going to have to swap that block out which is a pain.

    Tire Cleaner problem

Which is better, putting it out of order or thinning the mix down some and eating the cost of chemical loss while it's leaky?

    Tire Cleaner problem

Ok, spent time working on this and ran out of parts. I started by trying the function confirming its not under pressure, straight away pushing 90psi... ok cut off air for now and remove plungers 1 at a time running each bay; now I have flow to all yay right? Not so fast, now 4/6 bays are flowing...

The source of pressure being the HP functions in the affected bay?

    JBS Blue Foam Soap

Thanks guys, I'll leave it is. I like the show, not sure about the blue all over the area around the brush hook.

Yeah plunger check will be first thing. I didn't screwdriver test them all but they feel like they are engaging.

    Tire Cleaner problem

I guess I'll be checking plungers tomorrow. Doesn't seem like the pump would get hot and push the pressure gauge so high if it were not doing its job. The 2 solenoid blocks are between pump and gauge so it going up and down suggests free path there... Just so odd for all to get blocked overnight.

    Tire Cleaner problem

I forgot to mentioned I checked solenoid and it was working, this is on all bays. If it's the pump it wouldn't be able to push psi so high right?
