We're looking into replacing an old Laser 4000 with a new Washworld unit. The Washworld looks similar and fairly easy to operate. Anyone been using one and have experience with their equipment?

Laser 4000 telling the driver to pull forward and whether they do or not it then tells them to back up. Finally it starts and when the wash finishes the wash is still telling them to drive forward even after they have left the bay!

I'm very interested in talking with anyone that has purchased the Wash Card System. I purchased their system back in October and have been having some issues. After struggling for several months, I think I prefer the help I can get from experienced operators verses the manufacturer.

Has anyone installed Carolina Pride meter boxes? We are considering these along with their mercury payment system for credit cards and fleet accounts. We want to accept credit cards on the self service side and the Carolina Pride system looks good. They even have a card dispenser.
