I believe when you properly maintain any automatic, these are the results you will see. A couple times here or there from a part failure. A little PM can definately save alot of down time.

I would say the max "down time" would be a couple hours on a rare occasion, most of that being customer stupidity. Once a year, we replace the majority of hoses, swivels and certain wiring on the machine. Anyone saying that they have no "down time" at all, I would say your full of $hit.

Good advice Mep. That's why I got a concealed weapon permit, so it would be legal to carry. Everytime I go in the equipment room, the door is locked and I always check the cameras before returning back outside. Don't take anything for granted.

Like Mep said, you may have a bad checkvalve or I have also seen some equipment manufactures install the soap & wax solenoids backwards to act as a checkvalve when the rinse or weep system is on. Depending on how your system is plumbed, you may have a soap solenoid stuck open.
