Well I always had issues with this machine hitting the end. I wish it was as simple as adjusting that prox sensor. Even with all brand new wheels and bearings the Idle wheel on Passenger side lift itself up enough that the prox sensor doesn't recognize that stupid small piece of metal and it...
I always had issue with this machine hitting the end even 3 month after changing all wheels and bearings. Until I figured its all about these set screws and kept tightening them once a week as they become loose. Two month ago changed most of the setscrews since their head were worn out. The fact...
Hello, The setscrews on idle wheel driver side keep loosening which make the machine to hit the end. When I was tightening them noticed the wheel axel has been eaten over time ( you can fill it that it has less diameter now and it looks shinier). So I added a second screw on top of the first one...
Changed it last night and it was smooth. Yes they come with like 200 psi and then need to tighten the nut to get the desired psi. Also noticed the difference between the gun handled trigged or not is less than 50 psi which is perfect.
It was more challenging to find a good spot to remove this...
Thanks, below video tries to say same thing as what you are saying above. I think the point is to NOT to adjust the Regulator before hand. Hopefully they come in more Open position and then you need to tighten them to increase the pressure to your desired pressure.
Pressure Override - Cat...
Thanks for comprehensive response. YEs usually the drop in pressure is due to pumps valves and seals than these regulators. This is the first time I have to change one after 4 years. I should have said that I have Whipping Guns so probably won't get to a situation that I can possible put too...
Thank you. Is there a trick while changing them? I know how to adjust the pressure by tightening/loosening the nut on the top, but do I need to try to get the nut as close as possible to the bad one before running the pump? Or no I'm overthinking this? Just change to the new one, use Rinse...
What is the Measurements Eye this Alaram is reffering to? The eyes on each side of the gantry? Or the two prox sensors on measurement wheel? If this Alarm pops up the machine goes all the way to the end of the track since it cannot measure the car?
Alarm pic attached. Thanks
I'm more suspicious of the Push Button: Usually it stops accepting cards since it knows the customer wont be able to stop the transactions. I'm just wondering if the Error means anything specific. Because the Push Button error is a separate error.
We sell alot of those and need to keep explaining to our customers. Do we have other options? This time is a very unfortunate accident but we have issues at least once a month.
And yes I did ask the owner to communicate this issue so careash owners dont start playing with their own system... he...
Hello, and Merry Christmas. Does anyone know the email address to try to get the hold of these guys? Their system is down again.
techsupport@partner-points.com does not work anymore. Thanks
PROBLEM SOLVED: there is a switch under the pully which releases when you pull the clutch in case you want to open manually. The switch was released even though the clutch was not pulled. That was because thee pully was not 100% on the switch. with a help of a ziptie, made sure the pully is...
Hello, I don't see any power in my Operator or the Open/Close box. I check the breaker and fuse inside the Operator, also checked some parts inside the Open/Close box such as Loop sensor. Its totally dead. We use Nice - Home (micanan.com) operators.
I think our box are from Hamilton Manufacturing. The Credit Card readers are hard wired through a network cable to a modem, and that modem is connected to our Internet Provider modem. all pics attached. Those are bay# on our modem. we have 5 wand wash bays.
Our internet is very slow and it...
