We have been rehabbing a car wash for a couple years now and have been working on cutting fuel costs. First we used a laser thermometer to find out what loops heated what part of the floor (nothing was labeled). Then we used these electric thermal actuators that screw on to your radiant manifold...
I use WashGears retrofit for my goldline and they have a Keyed Process on the computer that I can just type in the CC #, exp date, amount, etc and process it right on the spot. We also have a ice cream shop added on and we just use one of the swipe machines from our merchant but it was close to...
I have Power Jet Turbo nozzles currently in my WW 2.0 and want to change out the orifice cartridge with a smaller one and up my pressure to try and save on water but I cant find any information anywhere on them.
If any one is using a different nozzle or knows where a gpm chart is online line...
I too use two alkaline passes but up here in Maine they put calcium chloride on the roads in the winter along with the summer?. It?s usually put down the same way except it is used to keep the dust down on dirt roads. Once mixed with mud it can become like cement and very hard to clean off the...
I have three to a bay... goes through one line but there is 3 different pumps (one for each color) one runs for 7-8 seconds then the next and so forth in a loop.... it mixes with a foam generator right before the hose in the bay with the air...... gives it more of a rainbow color then just the 3...

I have seen these units at supermarkets and was thinking it wouldn't be bad to have on at a car wash. People could run their spare change through to turn into cash to use at the wash and in most cases you can keep a certain percentage of the coins deposited. Security I would imagine being the...
I think you would have better luck with one with a seperate coin acceptor like you said... would probably cost less to make then to out fit all your bays with seperate dispensing guns
I have a old fragrencer that has been dead for a while and I have been planning on making into a air/washer...
2 mins is a long time to wait for a gallon of washer fluid..... off the top of my head I cant think of a way to make it any better while still tieing it into your bay timer.
I just could see it causeing some people to shy away from it some what
...of course I could be wrong
if you have a ridge, gable end and soffit vents then that could cause it. usually good to go with 2 not all three preferably ridge and soffit, dont know why but it seems to disrupt the air flow. you could always try just blocking the gable end vents to see if it works. but i would agree blocking...
