I did not delete my profile. I don't know why I was banned. That was my only post so far. I am not a competitor. I am a Nayax customer. Harry helped me to get unbanned, but my IP address is still banned so I have to login from another computer now, but at least I can login.

I'll have Jackson look into it.

I apologize for banning you - you registered under the name "jaava" and gave a false phone number and I mistook you for a bot. I'm sorry I don't know how to re-activate your IP address.

Do these connect to Fragramatics vacs easily?
Yes, we have them connected in count down mode on vacs, just send pulses like a coin acceptor to timer. Low level relay and a ac/dc converter from Amazon

TO whom it may concern :

In 2018 I bought my very first card reader. New to the car wash business i was excited to introduce credit cards into my self-service bays.
But to my surprise when the Nayax unit came in it didn't work. I reached out too customer service with no avail this went on for over a year.
After reaching out to b.b.b Harry reached out and with his help we was able to get everything working as it should. The first month of it working i never received a deposit of funds collected because i owed monthly fees for when unit didn't work. Again with Harry's help things where right and money was received. Fast forward a few years and as equipment does it went bad. So thinking I have a working account now things would be better I ordered 4 new units. Again to my surprise nothing worked. Over the next year I reached out to company and to Harry knowing he had help out before with again no avail.
So now we are a year in with no working card readers I have wasted money on 4 new units that sit on a shelf doing nothing because they do not work.
I reached out again to Harry's number via text message with no response. Of course by now i am highly Pi** so I tossed all the equipment in the trash. Again fast forward a year mean while I am still getting bills stating I owe them money. Now Two Years in this morning I found this form and reached out to Harry letting him know how i was going online with this on going issue. Two my suprise almost instantly I received a response from Harry he did Apologize for the issue's at hand and said things where better now. As for me I now use CryptoPay!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Harry Thanks for your help in the past but I did feel it necessary to let others know what this company has put me through.

Keno, so you still need the low level relay even with count down mode?

I believe it is needed, because it is a voltage change between nayax and coin acceptor/timer pulse circuits. I have setup all our vacs this way and it works. Even if they weren't needed, I would still wire this way to protect the nayax from stray voltage/short circuits. Same reason I like to use the ac/dc adapters - nayax can handle a much higher voltage on the dc side, so cheap insurance in my eyes.
