trying to reach fragmatics company

made several attempts to get FRAGMATICS information/ parts. no results, no call back.in the past always found them very responsive, not sure what their status is

nice product, very popular wish we could contact them we have a minor problem with vacuum that requires technical support, left messages with Kelly no response equipment been out of service 4 week now. just need to know what part is bad so we can replace and get unit running

What model? what is wrong?
 
QUADRA VAC one motor will not turn FOR FUNCTION 1 traced problem to control, would like to replace BUT NEED TO CONFIRM THATS WHERE PROBLEM IS, 2 MOTORS should turn on for function 1 function 2 is one motor start. if control board is bad replace at $600 a board would like to verify problem kelly is very good at here job just need teck support to verify then order correct part

Just read recently that Kleen-Rite acquired Fragramatics in October. The result is "shorter, more reliabile lead times, and improved customer experience." Not sure if their phone number or contacts have changed. Fragramatics phone number is 800-643-1574, ask for Kelly Garrison.

Yes, you are right and I'm glad! :) As a SS operator, I rely on Laurel Vending and Fragramatics products. If Kleen-Rite hadn't bought them, hard to say what might have happened to those companies. Maybe they would have closed, or been bought out by an investor or another manufacturing company?? Scary to think about what might have happened to their quality or product availability. Keith Lutz, Kleen-Rite VP was quoted in the Car Wash Magazine reassuring us that "Fragramatics is an important line for us. Not only does the acquisition give us the ability to provide products and continuity to that line, it also provides an opportunity to help the self-serve segment by making sure the product continues to be available."

Not sure how they're going to transition customer support with Fragramatics, but I know you can still talk with Chip or Pat Kent at Laurel Vending!

teck support during transition to Kleen rite has gone down the tubes, we get back to you but not in the near future
