The connections seem to be fine but the motor is pretty hot. I'm not sure if that is normal or not. I don't know that I have ever felt it before. Of course I guess it will run constantly (hopefully) until the temp. rises. Thats pretty hard work.

But if it was a boiler problem wouldn't the circulation pump be running? Doesn't it have to work before the boiler will fire? I have never had to touch this thing before so I know nothing!

No the boiler does not click. I really do not know how to check that thermostat or where it is located. The only stat I see is the return temp stat and it is very low since its not running. I'm not nearly as worried about my floors as my troughs! Hopefully the weep gets the job done tonight.

I can't get my boiler to fire and its supposed to go down to 21 tonight. I read on here somewhere that it won't fire if The circulating pump is nt running and it's not. I have no idea why though. Any suggestions? Thanks

I was behind a carpet cleaning van the other day that was dumping their water onto the highway while they drove. That was not the first time I've seen that.

I have some "inbay presoak" from KR on hand that I am going to try. Any downside to that? If you have to pay shipping on this stuff it really make a lot of it cost prohibitive. I've just never been able to find 1 brand that suits me for everything.

I don't have one but there is one right down the street from my wash. I don't know how long it was there before I noticed it but I noticed it about a year ago. In that period I have seen 1 guy working on it and 1 guy using it. Looks like a bad idea to me.

I'm using a cta to apply tire and wheel cleaner when they drive in. I'm using KR product but it's not doing great. If I added a booster would that help? I've heard of boosters but don't really know what they are or how they work. Thanks
