    Excessive dust from new belts

Are both pulleys designed for B size belts? Could be one or both pulleys require a more narrow belt.

Help with JC Super Saver, wash is down...

I suppose that would. On my set up, all the solenoids commons are tied together, so I would unhook in just one place to get them all. Either avenue should work. Good luck.

Help with JC Super Saver, wash is down...

Do not know the answer, but if it was me at the moment I would just unhook the common to all the rinse solenoids. Then you will just draw off the hw tank all the time. This will work to get you open right away. Then you can figure out the rest. The only extra hot water you will be using is on...

    Blue/Gray foot valves.

car_wash_guy-- thanks for that info. For that price ($2.60), I could see just changing those out yearly as pm. I end up changing the blue and/or grey every year or two anyhow from failures. That Dema unit certainly makes it more economical to do so.

Boom at rear of car on WW 1.0

cfcw--- I finally got around to looking at this. And of course, you were right. There is no 'bug pass" selection for the rear. I feel there should be, though. That would really help clean the back. The unit was actually set to 7.0 seconds for boom down. I increased it to the max available...

Tire Foam in a glass front vendor

Yes. I have had it in there for years. No issues. I just recently tinted all my glass fronts to help with the heat; and added led lights. But I have had it in there for over 5 years. It sells pretty well. I am at $3 on it.

    Autonomous headaches

Well, I guess the real question is-- will that hold water in court?

    Autonomous headaches

I think you should add "or any other automated features to be off" Because vehicles are going to have more and more automated features as time goes on.

    Vac pricing

I agree with you. I finally just changed all mine to the flat $2 for 6 minutes on the combo machines. So they can switch back & forth as much as they want. Now there is no confusion.

    Video can't solve all

This is one of the reasons I do not do facebook or any other social media. I deal with enough idiots face to face on a daily basis. I surely will not waste a minute on some idiot hiding behind their keyboard. In my opinion, social media does little, if anything, to help a car wash.

    Vac it Up Motors

I use the lamb 116472. Did you check the back nut, to be sure the vac is sitting tight against the new seal? I know over time, I have had to make minor adjustments to these to be sure the vac is tight and sealed. I usually get those from Zoro when I have a coupon. makes them $75 with free...

    Vac pricing

Just changed all mine from $1 for 3.5 minutes to $2 for 6 minutes. Wish I had done it way sooner. Revenue is up, and the folks that used to come spend a dollar and fill a trash can to the gills seem to be decreasing.

    Lexair Rebuild - LW 4000

I have had them on for over 3 years with no issues. Yes; get rid of mac valves. I say again--$180 for the dema; two per unit is $360. No mac valve, no lexair valve, no air leaks. At $180, you can keep a spare on the shelf.

Specific tools needed to remove LW4000 front panel ?

What does a wrap like that run cost wise ? My two old units need a fresh look. I just ordered some meter panel decals from STA. I did not realize they do full size wraps.

    cummings bill sorter maintance

I paid $4k for mine, too. I would not worry about it. Like you, this thing has saved me countless hours and has been no maintenance issues. I have spent $300 in 8 years on the thing. There is actually one on eBay right now starting bid $449. Some of them on eBay usually say for parts only...
