    If you are getting a rotate too long code, one of the rotate proxes is not coming on as quickly as the program is expecting. It goes into an emergency rinse cycle if it's applied presoak to the vehicle but can't complete the wash. That's why you are seeing a rinse to home.

    Some assumptions here... Guessing it's a Ryko machine since you listed code 07 and guessing it's a Softgloss machine. If that is correct, when the machine approaches the exit end of the tracks, the front endstop prox (PLC input X7) should turn "ON", then the machine should decelerate slowly...

    If your machine wasn't built to include the hot wax option, it won't have the relays, routing solenoids, etc. to activate it. Just to keep it simple, 2 drying agents and ColorWave. It doesn't matter what drying agents you want to use, but the order of the passes won't change on your machine.

    Correct, really your only option would be to replace the Clearcoat with Graphene. You wouldn't be able to add a hot wax option because you are already using the 2 drying agents it has available. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of flexibility in the program in the older units related to expansion.
