    What is this receptacle?

Did you probe the power? It could be an early 240V outlet.

I have some experience, mostly to avoid it if possible. Do you have a question?

This is a car wash forum. You might have better luck on an appliance forum. Can you not find sandals in your size?

    Need help troubleshooting

I was asking which you had. It's pretty unlikely to be a bad rotary switch. You'll need a voltmeter. There are two layers of the switch, one will have a wire on every terminal, one will only have wires on some. The latter is the power to the contactor. You need to see if there's power...

    Quality rust-proof air chuck

I did, they're a lot more expensive than air chucks, but it would work for what I need. I already use them in the bays to hook up my washdown hose. They're brass but they hold up well. I had gotten some all stainless ones that weren't all stainless and rusted in the bays, so I know which ones...

    Quality rust-proof air chuck

I have need of some air chucks that will be stationary for years. I've seen this a few times, and when they aren't ever handled they always rust up and can't be disconnected or leak badly when re-connected.

Weather/waterproof surface mount LED light under flat canopy

If size doesn't matter: https://www.ebay.com/itm/401945516835?var=671794669696 I've put these in two car washes, they're as bright as new 320W Scottsdales.

    Quality rust-proof air chuck

Is there such a thing as a completely rust-proof standard air chuck? I've bought all brass ones thinking they wouldn't rust, but the valve spring and balls inside were steel and wouldn't separate after a couple years.

    Vault Doors

The replacement safe head is about $550 and doesn't include a lock, which is another $40. The combination is pretty easy to dial in once you've done it a few thousand times.

Newbie Owner 6 Bay SS Looking For Advice

Laserwash has been around long enough that there will be no shortage of parts for quite some time. There are no critical parts on the self serve side that will ever be discontinued or won't have an alternative replacement.

    Worthy 1st Time Investment?

No car wash "basically runs itself," at least not without a good manager or attendant. You also will not be sitting on the hood of a Maserati at 21 from your car wash income, unless you're an idiot.

    Tire Cleaner - Spitting air

You might have a leak that's diluting the tire cleaner. Remove the discharge hose off the Hydrominder and make sure it's not dripping. Check it multiple times to see if it isn't randomly flowing slow. One of the weirdest issues I've seen that caused a random loss of suction was when I...

    Back flow in one bay

You have a tank, and you most likely have a solenoid that feeds the pump city pressure on rinse. It's still the same setup without hot water in the tank.

    Led 5 problem

I believe that's correct, all the wire connects are the same except 7 and 8 which are for the aux input and CC input that aren't on the LED5.

    Led 5 problem

I'm not familiar with the LED5, but the 3, 6, and 7 have a plastic cap on the switch that sometimes falls off. I use a ball point pen to set the timers, and when the cap falls off I can press and hold the pen retract to reach the button stem. You can also remove the screws, slide the timer out...
