Has anyone ever added a third membrane to a two membrane system. It has a 1 hp pump now. Thinking I would need to go up to a 1.5 hp but no sure if I would need to increase all the hose sizes or leave them the same? Or would I better to just spend the money and buy a new 3 membrane system. I...

Wanted to give an update. I've had over 4600 CC transactions so far this month and have had two calls about the $10 hold. Changing the name of the wash has worked!

The post office is directly behind the wash which I think has a big effect on the car count. I definitely think this site will be a home run.

I paid $150,000 for it. 9300 cars per day in front of it.

Has anyone been through a Petit? Do they leave stripes with the oscillating nozzles? I know what my Razors can do and customers are happy with them but can a Petit do a better job of cleaning? The biggest plus I see is a faster through put but I don't want to sacrifice cleaning for speed...

I have wash selects and when the wash it shut down the swiper will not work. The LED lights change on the front of it then the wash is out of service. I also have my printers disabled so it doesn't voice prompt you to ask if you want a receipt. I never have anyone asked for receipts either.

I had a cat 3535 with steam coming off of it from running with no water a while back. I was shocked it still runs perfectly fine.

I had the threads snap off a 3/4-in male high pressure hose at a changeover block today. I overnighted the part but if I had a 3/4 coupling of some sort to splice the high pressure hose I could have got the machine back going. What would you call it and does anyone make such?

I actually use Jason's Total Shield and Shine On on a dual barb injector and it works great.

I would run some conduit from one side of the equipment room to the other and from one end to the other just for future it's easier to pull wire than having to go up and overhead. I even run spare PVC lines when I cut out concrete just in case I want to add air or water somewhere else later on.

The customer swipes but it says bad card read. I can swipe my card and it will work immediately. I honestly think it's the thickness of the cards that the reader does not like. Some of my customers can have brand new cards and it won't work. It seems to be the cards from the small local hometown...

I think you can swipe and then select it or vice versa. I have had cryptopay on my iba's and ss for years with no major problems other than a lot of customers cards won't read and they end up leaving. Funny thing is I can walk right up behind them and my visa cc will work everytime. Cryptopay...

I have prep buckets in front of my automatics and have always used the same brushes that I use in my SS but they are expensive. Could someone recommend an alternative that won't scratch cars. Thanks.
