Frankly I think it is an App issue as I use an iPad on WiFi without an issue.

I was told it is an apple issue. We had similar problems with Verizon and ATT on a random basis. Frustrating for sure.

I may sell my Hamilton ER-50 (rear door) with the XE bill acceptor and large bill holder, but only after the new changer arrives. Works well but we are moving to a dual changer for redundancy.

Thx. Don’t know Hi Performance. These were purchased in December but only installed in May. Two of four work with tokens. They accept the tokens or steal them too. I have disabled the tokens and RE enabled them. No joy.
