    Vacuum Fire on New Vacuum

That looks like it's from someone vacuuming a flammable liquid. A motor fire isn't going to blast flame out the cleanout door. The explosion of the gases catching fire is what blew the fans off.

Has anyone converted their long IBA to a mini tunnel?

FWIW there are two washes in my area that are conveyor mini-tunnels that could be operated unattended, but they don't.

New flojet causing foam brush issues

It's most likely water or oil in the air. The shuttle valve doesn't like that. The muffler is missing, which is more evidence.

    LED Wall Pack source

Right after I posted this it went listed as discontinued/no longer available. I searched Amazon and found this one, it's the same brand as the canopy lights I've been using that have been completely trouble-free. The 60 watt should be the same brightness as the Honeywell and look exactly the...

    Nayax to Led7 (Help)

IIRC the timer version needs to be 6.37. If you unplug the timer it will show you the version on the display if you unplug it and plug it back in. If it doesn't show a version, it's an LED3 and won't work with count-up.

    BOOMS

I've seen them. They usually end up getting taken down and replaced with Z-booms. One guy put up the triple booms in his new wash and took them down a couple years later. Customers would either leave them tangled or on the floor.

    LED Wall Pack source

Sam's Club has this Honeywell wall pack, it's a well-known brand. I put one up over a changer for someone about three years ago, at the time doubting it would be bright enough, but it's very bright and lights up the whole back of a six-bay wash really well...

    Nayax to Led7 (Help)

"COIN" is because you have the coin signal hooked to the Nayax and it's sending power to the coin circuit and shorting it closed. Try connecting the wire you have on the coin circuit to the credit card input of the timer (white w/black stripe) instead...

    Low pressure tire cleaner problem

You might have the check valve at the bottom of the stack backwards. It could also be bad or stopped up. I recommend removing it as in my experience it will cause more problems than it can solve. It's not a check valve at the boom unless it's all of them. Take a plunger out of one of the...

    Fleck Meter issue?

Yes, you can use the plastic meter. You need to order thecotrect one, the standard range is a dome, the extended range has a cylinder on top where you plug in the cable. You should also replace the impeller.

    Low pressure tire cleaner problem

It must be the check valve. Shark Bite fitting time. Edit: Just take the check valve out. It's just going to fail again. If there's a check valve on the bottom of the air solenoids, take that out too, that will allow a place for the pressure to escape if a check valve at the boom fails so it...

They can, but it's so easy to slip in a loophole that it's harder to trust. A solid lease is locked in.

Best way to cover hoses on roof?

I've seen tile drain used for short runs from a trough to where they come up from underground in PVC. You'll probably want some that's not perforated.

    Low pressure tire cleaner problem

The solenoid that supplies air to the Flojet is probably not opening. I used to work for CWR. I just worked on a CWR stand on Friday with the same issue except it was foam brush. Turn off the air, unplug the tire cleaner, remove the coil (It's probably stuck because it melted like the one I...

What is the furthest you would travel for a 5 SS / 1 IBA

It depends. If you have a reliable attendant who can fix basic things, you might only need to visit it once a week. I used to work for a guy who owned a car wash just an hour away. He only went there once a week to pull money, but he owned the repair company and distributor I worked for. I...

    New tankless waterheaters installed!

Yes, an immersion heater is very costly to run and still won't do a good job of heating the water. It's only able to maintain it hot.
