    Petit automatic

I've got ten vacuums sitting in my driveway, maybe I should wire one up and see if people will use it?

    New to me wash

My wash is mechanically very solid, and I use strong chemicals and am generous with them. It looks like ass but it couldn't be much busier. tdl is right, 90% of what customers care about is that things work right.

    Kleen white tire cleaner

If you're referring to pressure loss from line length, I can confirm to you that six bays across (over 100') doesn't affect flow of a low-volume product like tire cleaner using 1/4" OD tube.

    Chlorine filter regeneration

It's probably the closest applicable term. A charcoal prefilter is just a water softener with the brining ports plugged. I wasn't meaning to correct you. You're correct about the RO, it just runs full water flow at low or no pressure.

    Kleen white tire cleaner

You don't need foamers for tire cleaner, just tee the liquid and air through the same check valve. 1/4" line is plenty. I like individual adjustments for liquid and air, then you can set the dilution strong and the pressure as high as 60 PSI and the product gets to the gun quickly and produces...

    Electrical problem with spot free

Because Futura is from Specialty Equipment who derived their "diode box" from the method used in OP's setup.

    Chlorine filter regeneration

RO systems don't backflush. You can't backflush a membrane without destroying it. Carbon filters don't regenerate, they backflush and settle-rinse to repack the media bed to avoid channeling.

Tri foam turning to jelly in the mixing tanks

You sure do push a lot of equipment.

    Adding a WashWorld Profile

I wondered what you were referring to and looked everywhere for a disclaimer sign before I finally noticed the camera arch.

    Electrical problem with spot free

If you use a multiplexer, the easiest way to get the load off the device is to use a heavy relay or contactor with a 120V coil, run the line side of the power for the pump through the device to the coil, and wire the multiplexer per its instructions. You could even use a bank of relays instead...

Looking for an A9 key for pin lock

Usual story, guy (not me) lost his last key and can't get his coin trays out. If someone has a spare or a copy they might mail me, or can PM me a way to get the lock out (I usually drill them but I can't get at the bottom one) it would be greatly appreciated.

    Electrical problem with spot free

Sort of, more like a clone of Specialty Equipment's "diode box" that converted the 24VAC to 24VDC to power a DC relay. FWIW I've seen a lot of failures to IDX's multiplexers even though it looks like a better design and a little easier to work with. I use the GinSan one, which are about the...

Tri foam turning to jelly in the mixing tanks

It's not unusual, especially with a low-volume wash. It could be the product has gone bad. You have to completely kill the algae in the tank or it'll come right back. I haven't found anything that works better than bleach. If you belach the tank and lower the liquid level in the tank as low...

    New to me wash

I wouldn't put bill acceptors in the bays either, too big of an attraction to crooks. Standard Weben boxes are pretty cheap and have plenty of room for everything. FWIW you can save a lot of money if you buy bare boxes and doors and assemble things yourself. It may look daunting but it's a...

    New to me wash

I would be concerned with adding CC and having customers get used to count-down, then changing it. You'd also have to spend a decent amount extra for something to mount the swipers to. And yes, you'll get some revenue if you add readers in count-down, but it will be significantly less. If you...

    New to me wash

I'd recommend replacing the meters ASAP. I wouldn't waste any time or money trying to get Cryptopay working in count-down, because the whole advantage to accepting cards is to run it count-up so people will wash all they want without having to re-start the bay. If it's a money issue, run it...

    Dema Injectors

I was wondering if that's a max PSI or just a flow rating at that pressure.
