    HP Check Valve above bay?

I tried just one swivel at the boom below the 1' hose and just one at the gun. Neither one alone works well enough for me, so I use one in each place. Then there is no reason for you to use a short hose off the boom. It's there to keep the lateral strain off the swivel. Just eliminate it and...

    How do I open these?

I don't recommend this, but if you "bump" the system on a couple times it will gently pop the cap out. Or it'll blow it out so hard it'll leave a dent in the ceiling, but it still does the job.

    New Change Machine recommendation

Hamilton, but since the Mars validator everyone's been using has been discontinued I don't know. I wouldn't use a Coinco. I wouldn't touch a Rowe again.

    How do I open these?

Is there a clamp on it that you've already removed? I'd probably try to pound the plastic cap out of the housing with a rubber mallet, or use a pair of screwdrivers to pry it out. I assume there's an o-ring around the plastic cap that's making it difficult to remove. Make sure you use some...

tapped stainless pipe to mount individual solenoids

FWIW I use the long nipple so the solenoid can be removed whole. It's been more than a few times I couldn't get the stem off the body and had to change the whole thing. I use Swagelock mounting blocks so the stack can be turned.

tapped stainless pipe to mount individual solenoids

You'd have to get pipe with threaded ports welded in. You can't just tap holes in the pipe, the wall thickness isn't enough. Does it have to be stainless? I do this all the time with 1-1/2" long brass nipples and 1/4" NPT tees.

    Futura fails and photo eyes

Now I know I've been doing this too long. I had a dream last night that I was working on a Futura unit which kept crawling up the rail on one side and binding. I've never even seen that happen, so my brain is creating scenarios.

Water pressure continuously drops for a split second.

It's most likely something on your end, probably not the backflow preventer. The first thing I always check is the softener by opening the bypass to see if the problem instantly goes away.

SS Vac's to add Crypto Pay Questions

You can add Cryptopay with your existing timer. You may have to add a transformer since the one built into the timer is barely strong enough to run the coin acceptor. You'll probably want to run CC in count-down mode anyway so a display timer isn't necessary, but it's a nice upgrade.

    HP Check Valve above bay?

There should be a swivel there, not a check valve.
